This is either very belated or a repeat, thank you for the fantastic cake you made Pat & Ray last September. It really was memorable and made the day very special, reflecting their lives beautifully.

Thank you very much for the beautiful cake you designed and created for our wedding. The finished cake was even better than I had hoped and dreamed of. Just wanted to thank you for the amazing cake you provided me with for my 50th. Absolutely every one commented on it and I've never heard so many "ooohs", "aaahs" and "wows".

We managed to cut it into enough pieces to hand out at the party and had loads left over for neighbours and to take into work. The cake itself was really tasty and so moist - the sharpness of the lemon complemented the sweetness of the icing perfectly.

I've attached a couple of pictures of it in all it's glory and it looks like everyone else had been taking pictures of it on the night - it definately was the star of the show ! !
